Imagine, you’re on your way to a new date with a person that you think is the one. You make your way to your transit stop. Everything is going great, the bus arrives, you pull out your ORCA card and it isn’t there! What do you do? To make matters worse, you don’t have cash.

First take a deep breath, and then download Transit GO Ticket, a mobile app that lets you quickly purchase bus, rail and water taxi tickets on your phone and get where you need to go without having to pay cash.

For getting a new card, follow these steps: 

1. Go onto the ORCA website, and log in to your ORCA card account.
2. There is a $5 for the replacement card.
3. Any money that was left on it, or spent while it was missing, will be transferred to your new card in about 48 hours.
4. That’s it! Now get back on transit!

Always make sure to register your ORCA cards online when getting them. For ORCA LIFT users, make sure to go into your closest metro facility and confirm your identity.
